The ideal candidate will possess a passion for beauty and skincare, coupled with strong leadership skills to guide a team in delivering exceptional customer service. As a Beauty Supply Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring that all customers receive personalized service that meets their needs. Responsibilities Lead and motivate the beauty team to achieve sales targets and provide outstanding customer service. Oversee daily operations including cash handling, front desk management, and cash register functions. Manage inventory levels, including stock organization and replenishment to ensure product availability. Train and develop staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement strategies. Create an inviting atmosphere for customers by maintaining cleanliness and organization within the beauty department. Assist customers with product selections, offering expert advice on beauty products and services. Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve overall department performance. Skills Proficient in cash handling procedures with experience in operating cash registers. Strong time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing and inventory management. Experience in front desk operations is preferred. Ability to sell products effectively while providing personalized customer service. Strong organizational skills to manage stock levels and maintain an orderly workspace.
