Job DescriptionWe are seeking an energetic, creative, and enthusiastic Spa Coordinator to join our Equinox team! This is an ideal position for a candidate seeking to make a significant impact in a rapidly growing and dynamic organization. The Spa Coordinator is responsible for helping ensure a memorable experience for our Spa guests. This includes greeting guests as they enter the facilities, orienting guests to the spa facilities, and providing personal guest service. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Interviewing, hiring, and coaching staff membersOutreach marketing for the spaManage daily operations, including inventory and monitoring of daily goals and budgetsProvide orientation tour, explaining spa amenities offered and answering guests' questionsProvide detailed descriptions of spa treatments, packages, services, facility features, and hours of operationActively promote the spa, treatments, services, sessions and retail, as well as programming promotionsHandle guests' questions and concerns professionally and courteouslyMaintain a safe, clean, and well-organized spa environment through consistent monitoring of the locker/facility areaQualificationsThe successful candidate must have the following experience, skills, and education:

Must possess a valid California Massage Therapy license (CAMTC)Enthusiasm and possession of excellent customer service skillsMust enjoy working with people with a friendly and outgoing personalityAble to be efficient and productive in a fast-paced environmentBasic math and money handling skillsExcellent communication, listening, and computer skillsMust be a team playerAll duties and requirements stated are essential job functions. Pay Transparency:

$44.00 per session, $20.00/hr (non session work), ability to earn bonus pay.
