Primary Role:
  • As a Salon Manager, your primary responsibility is to lead and manage people and systems to achieve quarterly targets.

  • Experience & Skills Requirement:
  • College Degree or Equivalent Education/Experience
  • Proven managerial experience
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment and POS systems
  • Proficiency in salon systems and software
  • Familiarity with transaction processing
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, phone, and email)
  • Strong organization and record-keeping skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Growth mindset with commitment to ongoing education
  • Professional presentation aligned with the salon's vision
  • Proficient in financial reporting
  • Not Required:
  • Experience in the beauty industry is not mandatory.
  • Your Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, select, and orient new employees
  • Assist, oversee, and evaluate salon staff
  • Maintain workplace culture in line with company vision and values
  • Ensure strategic goals are met by all staff
  • Perform routine quality assurance checks
  • Handle customer and employee disputes diplomatically
  • Establish and maintain vendor relationships
  • Manage online presence and salon brand
  • Monitor salon performance metrics
  • Prepare reports on salon and employee performance
  • Stay informed of regulation changes for ongoing compliance
  • Plan and schedule staff strategically
  • Reconcile expenses and ensure financial accuracy
  • Manage marketing and advertising campaigns
  • Oversee Google Sheets tracking, email campaigns, and social media
  • Facilitate training and hiring of team members
  • Schedule team meetings and one-on-one sessions
  • Manage problem-solving and event planning
  • Create content and schedule posts for social media
  • Track financials and create Canva templates for promotions
