Full Job Description Description:
The salary for this role is $70,500•$75,000 per year Job Responsibilities include but not limited to: Manage daily spa operations, including staff scheduling, guest services, and inventory oversight Lead, train, and inspire a team of spa professionals to deliver elevated experiences Collaborate closely with the Spa Director to refine processes and drive continuous improvement Oversee payroll preparation and ensure timekeeping accuracy Hire, onboard, and support new team members as they grow Be a hands-on leader, stepping into concierge, reservation, or attendant roles as needed Resolve guest issues with empathy and efficiency Maintain a spotless, welcoming, and safe spa environment Ensure compliance with all health and safety standards

Requirements:
2+ years of spa or hospitality management experience (luxury or boutique preferred) Confident leader with strong organizational and communication skills Experience with spa or hospitality systems (e.g., Mindbody, Booker, or similar) Familiarity with payroll and staff scheduling Guest-first mindset with a passion for wellness and service Flexible availability including weekends and holidays Solid knowledge of appointment management Ability to perform job functions with minimal supervision Ability to adapt to changing situations, working under pressure, and handling unexpected situations with grace Ability to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation All candidates are required to undergo background check
