Concierge/Building Manager Position- Salons by JC Huntington Beach Salons by JC is seeking an individual with salon or hospitality experience and a stellar combination of customer service and administrative skills to fill the Concierge/Building Manager position at our Huntington Beach facility, leasing and overseeing 34 salon and spa suites!
Duties include:
- actively working to get all suites leased and maintain occupancy
- building and maintaining a friendly community environment among tenants
- answering phones and emails
- directing guests to their suite
- daily social media posts
- weekly and monthly sales reports
- collecting and depositing rent weekly
- scheduling building maintenance as needed
- scheduling quarterly education for tenants
- keeping common areas stocked and clean
