Job Description

Position Overview We are looking for a Business Development Manager to help grow LaVivid's presence in the US market. This role focuses on building strong relationships with salons, stylists, and local partners, while also supporting our showroom operations and offline expansion. You will play a key role in turning local partnerships into real business growth. Key Responsibilities 1. Salon & Partner Development through phone calls/ emails/messages/ visits Identify and connect with salons, barbers, and hair professionals Develop and onboard new partners (wholesale & service collaboration) Build and manage a pipeline of potential partners 2. Showroom & Offline Growth Support daily operations of the US showroom Help drive in-person consultations, demos, and local engagement Assist in expanding LaVivid's offline presence in key cities 3. Training & Workshops Coordinate training sessions and workshops with partner salons Support co-hosted events and educational programs Ensure training activities contribute to real customer conversion 4. Content & Local Marketing Work with partners to create authentic content (real cases, before/after, education) Support local marketing efforts with real offline stories Identify potential influencers or collaborators in the industry 5. Relationship Management Maintain strong relationships with key partners Provide ongoing support and identify growth opportunities Act as a bridge between US partners and internal teams 6. Market Insights Collect feedback from the US market (customers, salons, competitors) Provide insights to improve products, services, and strategies
Pay:
$60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
