Job Description
Spa Manager - Luxury Scalp Spa We are seeking a dynamic, polished, and results-driven Spa Manager to lead our luxury Scalp Spa with professionalism, energy, and strong operational leadership. This pivotal role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, elevating client experiences, driving sales performance, and cultivating a high-performing team in a refined, wellness-focused environment. This is more than a management role, it's an opportunity to lead with intention, inspire excellence, and create an exceptional client journey rooted in relaxation, rejuvenation, and luxury service standards. Key ResponsibilitiesSpa Operations & Leadership Oversee daily spa operations to ensure efficiency, organization, and adherence to luxury service standards Maintain a polished, welcoming lobby and immaculate spa environment at all times Ensure proper technician assignments and seamless appointment flow Supervise scheduling, staffing, and smooth shift transitions Lead onboarding, training, and ongoing team development initiatives Conduct interviews, participate in recruiting efforts, and evaluate team performance Lead by example with professionalism, accountability, and strong attention to detail Maintain organized operational records, including shift reports and inventory logs Ensure compliance with all health and safety standards Take ownership of achieving monthly targets in rebooks, memberships, retail sales, and overall revenue performance Front Desk & Client Communication Respond promptly to all incoming calls, missed calls, texts, and online inquiries Follow up with new leads via call and text in a timely and professional manner Maintain active phone availability during work hours Ensure accurate booking, deposits, check-ins, check-outs, and POS transactions Collect deposits from all clients per spa policy (with approved exceptions) Maintain accuracy in payroll processing, cash handling, bookkeeping, and retail transactions Client Experience & Retention Deliver a warm, personalized client journey from initial booking through post-visit follow-up Conduct next-day follow-up outreach for select services to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction Encourage and request client reviews when experiences exceed expectations Professionally manage escalated concerns and ensure timely, effective resolutions Cultivate long-term client relationships that increase retention and membership growth Retail, Inventory & Sales Management Manage inventory control, purchasing, merchandising, and retail displays Monitor pricing strategies, budget adherence, and sales performance Utilize retail math and sales analysis to optimize revenue opportunities Implement initiatives to drive service upgrades and product sales Marketing & Brand Support Assist with influencer visits and ensure exceptional hosting experiences Support marketing initiatives by maintaining accurate internal tracking sheets Collaborate on promotional efforts to increase bookings and retail sales Qualifications Previous spa, salon, wellness, retail, or hospitality management experience required Proven leadership and supervisory experience Strong communication skills with an extensive customer service background (bilingual abilities are a plus) Experience with POS systems, inventory software, payroll processing, and bookkeeping Highly organized with exceptional follow-through and time management skills Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced, client-facing environment Skilled in negotiation, purchasing, merchandising, and sales optimization Detail-oriented, reliable, and professional Passion for luxury service, wellness, and delivering elevated client experiences What We're Looking For A proactive, hands-on leader who thrives in a luxury environment A strong communicator who can motivate and develop a team A business-minded professional who understands sales performance and client retention Someone who takes pride in operational excellence and brand presentation Join us as a Spa Manager and lead a vibrant, service-driven team dedicated to creating memorable, rejuvenating experiences.
