The Experience Coordinator is responsible for the Front Desk duties at Bellus Academy, providing exceptional service to our Students and Salon & Spa guests. Duties include greeting all guests and students, answering multiple phone lines, assisting guests and students with questions regarding services and products, booking all appointments, checking guests into the computer system and charging for all services performed. Requires thorough and accurate accounting for all register transactions including opening, closing, bank deposit preparation and reporting daily receipts. Bellus Academy is seeking a full-time, 8- hour shift with .50 meal break at for our Poway location. Experience with Salon & Spa software and knowledge of the beauty and wellness industry strongly preferred. Demonstrated exceptional Customer Service skills a must.
