This is a unique opportunity to steward a space rooted in ancient healing traditions while operating at the highest level of modern hospitality. Our center is designed to nurture, heal, and support —restoring balance to body, mind, and spirit while reconnecting guests to vitality, and a deeper sense of self. You'll work alongside dynamic creators, skilled practitioners, and heart-forward team members to deliver deeply personalized guest experiences and to help Surya grow into a multi-location brand. The ideal candidate brings both grounded leadership and entrepreneurial energy—someone who is as comfortable holding a vision as they are executing on the details.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead all aspects of spa operations, ensuring a seamless, elevated, and deeply restorative guest experience. Cultivate a culture rooted in care, presence, and heart-centered service—where healing, warmth, and connection are palpable. Inspire, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary team of therapists, healers, and support staff. Collaborate with hotel leadership and creative partners to evolve programming, offerings, and guest journeys. Drive revenue growth through strategic planning, service optimization, and thoughtful upselling. Maintain a strong grasp of financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, payroll, and cost control Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing requirements. Proactively identify opportunities for innovation, elevated guest engagement, and operational improvements.
Who You Are:

Proactive and solutions-oriented, with a bias toward action and building systems. Financially fluent, with a strong grasp of profitability, KPIs, and operational performance. Deeply aligned with wellness, healing, and guest-centered service. An exceptional communicator who can bridge creative vision with operational excellence. Passionate about building culture and nurturing a heart-centered team.
Qualifications:
3+ years of leadership experience in luxury spa, wellness, or hospitality environments. Experience working within or alongside hotel operations strongly preferred. Proven ability to manage budgets, KPIs, and team performance. Strong understanding of Ayurvedic principles and treatments is desirable.

Compensation/Benefits:
