This is a front desk leadership role for someone who is warm, organized, professional, steady under pressure, and able to take ownership without constant reminders. This person will help manage scheduling, client check-in and check-out, rebooking, client follow-up, front desk systems, social media support, supply tracking, room rental outreach, and front desk staff accountability. We are looking for someone who understands that the front desk sets the tone for the entire business. What You'll Do Front Desk & Client Experience Greet clients warmly and professionally Manage client check-in and check-out Schedule appointments accurately Rebook clients before they leave Answer calls, texts, and messages in a timely and professional manner Help clients feel cared for from arrival to checkout Handle client questions or concerns with patience and maturity Keep the front desk area clean, calm, organized, and welcoming Scheduling, Rebooking & Follow-Up Keep service provider schedules organized and efficient Watch for gaps in the schedule and help fill them Follow up with clients who have not rebooked Support client retention through consistent communication Communicate scheduling issues clearly with ownership and the team Front Desk Leadership Help train and support front desk staff Hold front desk staff accountable to expectations Communicate performance concerns professionally Help maintain front desk systems and daily procedures Lead with maturity, humility, and consistency Support a peaceful, responsible, team-focused culture Marketing & Business Growth Help create and post social media content Support promotions, announcements, and room rental marketing Put out flyers and marketing materials in the community Assist with outreach to help fill available rooms Track basic marketing efforts and report what is working Bring ideas that can improve client experience, retention, and business growth Supplies & Organization Track front desk and business supplies Notify ownership before supplies run low Maintain inventory lists Keep shared areas organized and stocked Make sure the team has what they need to operate smoothly Required Experience This is not an entry-level role.
Qualified applicants should have:
At least 2 years of front desk, office management, spa/salon, hospitality, or client service experience At least 1 year of leadership, supervisor, shift lead, assistant manager, or management experience Experience with scheduling, client communication, payments, and daily business flow Experience using booking, scheduling, POS, or CRM software Experience helping train, lead, or hold other team members accountable Experience with social media posting, basic marketing, outreach, or business promotion Strong written and verbal communication skills Proven ability to stay organized without constant supervision Comfort having direct conversations with clients and team members Ability to track supplies, follow systems, and communicate needs before they become problems Beauty, spa, salon, med spa, waxing, lash, brow, hospitality, or boutique service-business experience is strongly preferred. Details matter. Tone matters. Ownership matters. Bonus Structure After the probationary period, this role may qualify for monthly performance bonuses. Bonuses are based on manager-driven results, not on pressuring service providers or taking credit for work done by employees. Bonus opportunities may be tied to: Room rental leads personally generated by the manager Successful room rental tours scheduled by the manager New client bookings generated through manager-led outreach Improved rebooking rates through front desk follow-up Review growth through proper client follow-up Social media consistency and measurable engagement Flyer campaigns, community outreach, and marketing tasks completed Supply organization and budget control Front desk systems that improve business flow Bonuses are meant to reward ownership, initiative, follow-through, and measurable contribution from the manager's own effort. Pay & Schedule This is a part-time position of up to 30 hours per week. Starting pay is $23/hour. After a short probationary period and successful performance review, this role will be eligible for a pay increase. Performance bonuses may also be available after probation based on clear manager-driven growth, outreach, organization, hospitality, and operational results.
