Spa Supervisor The Inverness Denver, a Hilton Golf & Spa Resort Position Summary At The Inverness Denver, a Hilton Golf & Spa Resort, the Spa Supervisor serves as the first point of contact for spa guests while overseeing the daily operation of the spa. This position is responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, supporting and supervising spa team members, coordinating schedules, maintaining operational standards, and ensuring the spa operates efficiently in accordance with Hilton brand standards. The ideal candidate is a hospitality-focused leader who is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about wellness, team development, and service excellence. Key Responsibilities Guest Experience & Operations Greet guests upon arrival, check them in for services, and provide facility tours as needed. Answer incoming phone calls, respond to guest inquiries, and schedule appointments accurately. Process payments and manage point-of-sale transactions. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the spa front desk, locker rooms, treatment areas, and common spaces. Stock locker rooms, treatment areas, retail displays, and guest amenities. Ensure the spa environment remains clean, calm, welcoming, and aligned with luxury resort standards. Assist with opening and closing procedures. Support daily spa operations, promotions, and special events as needed. Address guest concerns and service recovery situations promptly and professionally. Supervisory Responsibilities Oversee the daily operation of the spa and ensure smooth execution of all services and guest experiences. Supervise spa attendants, front desk associates, and spa service providers during assigned shifts. Create, maintain, and communicate daily schedules to ensure appropriate staffing levels and service coverage. Monitor employee performance, attendance, professionalism, and adherence to spa policies and Hilton standards. Provide coaching, training, and ongoing support to team members to promote service excellence and operational consistency. Assist with onboarding and training of new spa employees. Conduct daily shift meetings and communicate operational priorities, service expectations, and guest information. Collaborate with resort leadership on staffing needs, performance management, and operational improvements. Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and company policies and procedures. Monitor inventory levels and communicate ordering needs for spa supplies, retail products, linens, and guest amenities. Assist in achieving departmental goals related to guest satisfaction, revenue generation, retail sales, and operational efficiency. Serve as Manager on Duty for the spa Schedule & Availability Approximately 20-30 hours per week Saturday and Sunday availability required Weekday shifts may vary based on business needs Qualifications Previous supervisory, lead, or management experience in a spa, wellness, hospitality, resort, or luxury service environment preferred. Strong communication, leadership, and guest service skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Professional appearance and demeanor. High attention to detail and organizational skills. Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn spa scheduling and point-of-sale systems. Experience handling guest concerns and resolving service issues professionally. Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
