Coach and encourage team members through positive, real-time feedback. Help create schedules that support both the team and the needs of the business. Deliver an exceptional guest experience with every client. Assist with hiring, onboarding, and developing new team members. Support daily operations and help your store achieve performance goals. Foster a positive, fun, and team-focused culture where everyone can succeed. We're Looking For Active Cosmetology or Barber license. Leadership experience is preferred but not required—we'll help develop the right person. Positive attitude and team-first mindset. Strong communication and coaching skills. Reliable, dependable, and professional. Passion for helping others grow and succeed. Weekend availability is preferred, as weekends are some of our busiest and most rewarding days. Why Team CHO?
