Responsibilities Lead and supervise all spa operations, including scheduling, shift management, and staff supervision, to ensure smooth daily functioning. Deliver outstanding guest service by maintaining high standards of professionalism, cleanliness, and personalized care. Manage guest inquiries, reservations, and feedback with enthusiasm and a solution-oriented approach. Assist in coordinating special events and themed promotions to enhance guest engagement. Develop and implement management strategies that promote team development, motivation, and exceptional customer service. Oversee inventory management, including tracking stock levels and maintaining product availability. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while fostering a relaxing yet secure environment for guests and staff. Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or spa operations, preferably in a supervisory or assistant management role. Ability to confidently educate clients on services and skincare solutions to help them achieve their individual goals. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and effectively supervise diverse teams. Excellent customer service skills combined with a proactive approach to guest satisfaction. Experience in event planning or spa operations is a plus. Proficiency with scheduling systems, point-of-sale software, and basic computer applications.
