Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Nail Salon Manager to lead our talented team and elevate the client experience. In this role, you will oversee daily salon operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain a vibrant, welcoming environment. Your expertise in nail care, beauty treatments, and retail sales will drive business growth while fostering a positive team culture. Responsibilities Manage daily salon operations, including scheduling appointments, supervising staff, and maintaining a smooth workflow. Deliver outstanding customer service by engaging clients, understanding their needs, and providing personalized nail care and beauty treatments. Oversee sanitation protocols to ensure a clean, safe environment that complies with health regulations. Lead and motivate a team of nail technicians and estheticians, providing training on new techniques such as eyelash extensions, body waxing, or hair threading. Promote retail sales by upselling products like nail polishes, skincare items, or hair extensions to enhance client satisfaction and increase revenue. Maintain inventory levels of salon supplies and equipment while managing retail math to optimize profitability. Implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones through excellent communication skills and relationship building. Stay updated on industry trends such as color theory, dermabrasion, esthetic laser treatments, or barbering techniques to offer innovative services. Qualifications Proven experience in nail care, cosmetology, or esthetic services with relevant certifications. Strong knowledge of sanitation standards and safety protocols within a salon environment. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively. Excellent communication skills to connect with clients and team members alike. Familiarity with retail sales techniques including upselling and retail math principles. Knowledge of advanced beauty treatments such as eyelash extensions, body waxing, dermabrasion, or laser therapies is preferred. Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
