Full-Time The General Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of studio operations, including sales performance, team leadership, financial accountability, client satisfaction, and facility management. The ideal candidate combines strong leadership skills with a sales-oriented mindset and a passion for the wellness and beauty industry. This role requires someone who can think strategically while also managing day-to-day operational details that drive success. ResponsibilitiesSales & Revenue Management Drive membership, package, retail, and service sales to achieve revenue goals Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to improve performance Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue projections Track sales trends and identify opportunities for business growth Coach team members on sales techniques, client retention, and customer experience Team Leadership Recruit, train, develop, and retain high-performing team members Foster a positive, accountable, and collaborative workplace culture Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching Lead team meetings and ensure clear communication across departments Create schedules that support business needs and employee success Operations Management Oversee daily studio operations to ensure efficiency and consistency Maintain facility cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards Ensure all services are delivered according to company protocols Manage inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and operational standards Client Experience Deliver and uphold a luxury-level customer experience Build strong relationships with clients and address concerns professionally Ensure the studio consistently reflects District Cryo's premium brand image Support client retention initiatives and community engagement efforts Qualifications Previous management or general management experience required Strong sales background with a proven track record of achieving revenue goals Experience managing KPIs, forecasting revenue, and driving business performance Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills Comfortable working in a luxury wellness, med spa, aesthetics, or hospitality environment Strong understanding of customer service and relationship-building Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution Proficiency with business software, scheduling platforms, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace Professional, polished, and brand-conscious presentation Preferred Experience Med spa, aesthetics, wellness, healthcare, fitness, hospitality, or luxury retail management experience Experience leading commission-based or sales-focused teams Multi-unit management experience is a plus Experience with membership-based business models is highly desirable Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate: Is passionate about wellness, beauty, recovery, and client transformation Is both a big-picture thinker and highly detail-oriented Leads with confidence, professionalism, and accountability Is friendly, approachable, and pragmatic in decision-making Thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment Understands how to motivate teams and create a high-performance culture Maintains high standards for both operations and customer experience Takes ownership of business results and continuously seeks opportunities for improvement
