Restore Hyper Wellness is looking for an experienced District Manager to oversee and elevate performance across our Fort Lauderdale and Delray Beach studios. This is an incredible opportunity to lead from the front, drive revenue, develop top talent, and play a key role in expanding one of the most exciting brands in health, wellness, and longevity.
What You'll Do:
Lead, coach, and develop General Managers and studio teams across multiple locations Drive studio performance, revenue growth, and membership expansion Analyze KPIs, P&Ls, and operational metrics to optimize results Ensure exceptional client experience and brand consistency Recruit, train, and retain top-tier talent Partner with ownership and leadership on strategic growth initiatives
What We're Looking For:
Proven multi-unit leadership experience (health, wellness, fitness, retail, or hospitality preferred) Strong business acumen with experience managing P&Ls Track record of driving sales, memberships, and team performance Hands-on leadership style with a passion for coaching and development High energy, accountability-driven, and growth-minded
