Job Role:

Provide excellent customer service . Consistently sell packages and products. Maintain an impeccably clean center. Meeting metrics goals consistently. Coach performance through available metrics and encourage associate's professional growth through achievement and accountability.

Qualifications:

A BIG smile and a GREAT attitude. Growth-minded and open to learning. Sincere in your communication; you care about others. Attention to detail ; follow proven systems and policies. Able to work flexible days/hours; can cover shifts when needed. Lives 15-20 minutes from our center.
