2026________________________________________The Spa & Wellness Supervisor is a hands-on operational leader responsible for the daily oversight of the Spa, Salon, Fitness Center, and Locker Room operations within an ultra-luxury private residential club environment. This role is highly visible and member-facing, requiring exceptional hospitality, operational excellence, and leadership by example.

Working closely with the Spa & Wellness Operations Manager, the Supervisor ensures the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, service, and team performance are consistently achieved. This position oversees the Spa & Wellness Attendants, collaborates with Spa and Salon Leads, assists with scheduling, inventory management, purchasing, and daily operations while maintaining an exceptional member experience.________________________________________
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide daily supervision, coaching, and support to all Spa & Wellness Attendants. Lead by example with a positive, professional, and service-oriented attitude. Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, ownership, and continuous improvement. Train, mentor, and develop team members while promoting growth and engagement. Assist with onboarding and ongoing training of new employees. Conduct daily walk-throughs and ensure operational readiness throughout the day. Address operational issues proactively and communicate concerns to leadership promptly. Maintain a strong, visible presence throughout the Spa, Salon, Fitness Center, and Locker Rooms. Build meaningful relationships with members by providing warm, personalized, anticipatory service. Resolve member concerns professionally and efficiently, ensuring complete satisfaction. Actively engage with members and guests rather than remaining in an office environment. Ensure every interaction reflects the Club's commitment to genuine hospitality and luxury service. Oversee the daily presentation, cleanliness, organization, and functionality of: Spa Locker RoomsFitness CenterSalonRelaxation AreasPublic Spaces Ensure all areas consistently meet the Club's ultra-luxury standards. Perform regular inspections and follow up on deficiencies immediately. Monitor equipment and facility conditions while coordinating maintenance requests when necessary. Ensure all opening and closing procedures are completed accurately. Manage operational inventory levels for Spa, Salon, Fitness, and Locker Room supplies. Monitor stock levels and anticipate operational needs before shortages occur. Assist with purchasing, receiving, organizing, and maintaining inventory. Ensure all storage areas remain clean, organized, and properly stocked. Practice cost-conscious inventory management while maintaining luxury standards. Assist the Spa & Wellness Operations Manager with scheduling and daily staffing needs. Partner closely with Spa and Salon Leads to ensure adequate operational coverage. Monitor attendance, punctuality, and shift performance. Assist with payroll preparation, scheduling adjustments, and operational documentation as needed. Complete reports, checklists, and operational follow-up in a timely manner. Maintain Forbes-level attention to detail throughout all operational areas. Ensure all departmental standards, SOPs, and service expectations are consistently followed. Promote a culture where cleanliness, organization, and presentation are everyone's responsibility. Support departmental inspections, audits, and regulatory compliance. Ensure compliance with all Club policies, health regulations, sanitation standards, and safety procedures. Maintain a safe working environment for members, guests, and employees. Report safety concerns immediately and follow through to resolution.
Job Requirements:

Education/Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent is required. Must have a valid Drivers License.
A CPR & AED
certification is a must. Experience leading teams in a member-focused or guest-focused environment preferred. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and hospitality management systems preferred. Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and evenings as operationally required.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift. Ability to lift up to 40 pounds. Ability to bend, stoop, reach, push, and pull as required. Ability to work throughout multiple operational areas during the day.
