Have proven salon or spa leadership experience Lead with confidence, clarity, and accountability Are retail-savvy and comfortable selling without feeling "salesy" Thrive in a fast-paced, team-based environment Are goal-driven, organized, and solution-focused Show up polished (yes — hair & makeup done daily) Can juggle operations while still being present with guests Have flexible part-time availability (evenings + weekends included)
