This is not a typical front desk position. We're looking for someone organized, ambitious, and ready to take on real responsibility in a thriving beauty business. Leadership experience in any environment (salon, retail, hospitality, food service, healthcare, etc.) is what we value most. What Makes This Role Different Hands-on leadership role, not just answering phones and booking appointments Direct mentorship from the salon owner Structured training and growth path Paid time off, employee discounts, and team perks Performance bonus opportunities Genuine potential for career growth based on demonstrated leadership You'll Thrive In This Role If You Have prior leadership experience in a service-based environment Are sharp, dependable, creative and stay calm under pressure Genuinely love building relationships with clients and team members Can juggle scheduling, supporting staff, and client experience Are excited to grow with a service based beauty brand with strong systems Take ownership of challenges and follow through on tasks Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Manage the booking calendar and ensure appointment accuracy Greet guests, oversee check-in and check-out, and maintain a five-star front desk experience Monitor rebooking rates, waitlist opportunities, and stylist schedule flow Assist with inventory restocks, lash supply checks, and order receiving and stocking Capture in-salon content and assist with iGlam Lash & Beauty social media posts Support guest experience and team workflow throughout the day Leadership Responsibilities (Phased In After Initial Training) Serve as the first point of contact for stylist call-outs, lateness, and scheduling conflicts Handle initial escalation of client concerns Lead in-person onboarding for new salon hires Coordinate weekly staff meetings Hold the team accountable to salon policies and standards Partner with the owner on monthly goal-setting, staff meetings and progress reviews Compensation & Benefits Hourly compensation with structured growth tied to skill development and demonstrated leadership Paid time off available after 90 days Discounts on salon services and retail products Performance bonus opportunities Paid professional development and education Requirements Prior leadership experience in any service-based environment (salon, spa, retail, hospitality, healthcare, etc.). Minimum one year preferred.
