Why This Opportunity Stands Out Competitive base salary + performance-based bonus potential Medical, Dental & Vision benefits 401(k) with 4% company match Generous PTO package (17 days) Employee wellness perks and discounts Career advancement with a growing organization Supportive leadership team and collaborative culture Opportunity to influence and grow a multi-location market What You'll Do Drive Business Results Lead performance across multiple spa locations using KPIs, metrics, and reporting Identify trends, opportunities, and operational gaps Build and execute action plans that improve sales, retention, and profitability Develop Great Leaders Coach and mentor Spa Managers to maximize team performance Conduct hands-on training, role plays, and leadership development sessions Build a culture of accountability, recognition, and growth Lead Operations Excellence Oversee staffing, scheduling, budgets, inventory, and daily execution Ensure brand standards, cleanliness, and service consistency Maintain compliance with all policies and local/state regulations Create Exceptional Guest Experiences Support teams in delivering outstanding service and hospitality Elevate client satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business Ensure every location delivers a welcoming, premium experience What We're Looking For 3-5+ years of multi-unit leadership experience Background in spa, salon, wellness, retail, hospitality, or service-driven environments Proven success improving revenue, operations, and team performance Strong coach and motivator who develops leaders Analytical mindset with experience using KPIs and reporting tools Organized, adaptable, and solutions-oriented Comfortable traveling regularly between Jacksonville-area locations Ready to Lead a Thriving Market?
