At Lalalash & Beauty , we're looking for a highly organized, motivated, and results-driven Salon Manager to lead daily operations across our growing luxury beauty brand.
What You'll Be Responsible For:
Managing day-to-day salon operations Leading and supporting salon coordinators and beauty professionals Ensuring exceptional client experiences and maintaining high service standards Monitoring team performance, attendance, and accountability Managing schedules, inventory, retail sales, and salon cleanliness Driving membership, retail, upsell, and revenue goals Assisting with hiring, onboarding, and staff development Implementing systems, processes, and company policies Resolving client concerns with professionalism and care
We're Looking For Someone Who:
Has previous management or leadership experience Is highly organized and detail-oriented Has strong communication and problem-solving skills Can confidently lead a team and hold people accountable Loves sales, customer service, and team development Thrives in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment Beauty industry experience is a plus (but not required)
