Position Summary The Spa Store Manager is responsible for the daily operations, management, financial performance, guest service levels, and work environment of the assigned Silver Mirror properties in New York, NY. Compensation and Benefits $61,000 per year plus monthly performance bonuses up to $10,000 In addition, we offer the following benefits:

Fun, entrepreneurial, and team-oriented Key Responsibilities Improve Membership conversions with improved guest experiences. Increase gross margins through revenue growth and cost reduction. Coordinate efforts with finance, marketing, and operations departments to achieve revenue and membership sales goals. Conduct daily sales meetings and training sessions with staff. Oversee all positions including front desk, spa technicians, and retail. Responsible for recruiting, coaching, and performance monitoring. Ensure high levels of guest service and satisfaction. Maintain facility cleanliness and operational standards. Participate in community outreach, work with local businesses and the marketing team to drive new guest traffic. Coordinate press visits and participate in special projects, events, and promotions. Adhere to all policies, procedures, and guidelines. Position Requirements At least 3 years of sales and guest experience. At least 2 years of Management experience. Skincare fan with a positive attitude. Relentless entrepreneurial spirit. Strong sense of sales and relationship-building. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop throughout the day. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
