In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, and support administrative functions to ensure smooth daily operations. Your positive attitude, exceptional organizational skills, and technical proficiency will help create a warm, efficient environment that reflects our commitment to excellent customer service and office management. Duties Greet visitors warmly, assist with check-in procedures, and direct them appropriately within the facility Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries promptly, and route calls efficiently using professional phone etiquette Handle data entry tasks accurately using productivity software such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and spreadsheets Maintain organized filing systems, manage calendars, and coordinate appointments or meetings for staff and clients Support office management activities including bookkeeping with QuickBooks and basic administrative tasks like proofreading and document preparation Assist with client communication via email or phone, ensuring clear and courteous interactions at all times Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and maintaining office supplies to support overall productivity Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools for document creation and data management Strong computer literacy with experience in data entry, spreadsheets, and office management software like QuickBooks Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Exceptional customer service skills paired with effective phone communication and phone etiquette Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse client needs effectively Previous experience in front desk or administrative roles is advantageous Technical proficiency in managing multi-line phone systems, calendar management, and basic bookkeeping tasks Join us to be part of a dynamic team where your organizational talents and customer-focused approach will make a meaningful impact every day.
