We are seeking a Part-Time Studio Manager with the understanding that this is a part-time position with the intensity of a career-track role. We are expanding and are looking for someone who wants to be a part of the foundation. We hire for character first, skill second. Duties lead daily studio operations and client appointments + experience drive sales through memberships, packages and retail open/close the studio and manage scheduling, operations and some admin duties to assist the GM and owner the ability to be on your feet for long hours, lots up squatting up and down support and motivate team members/be a cheerleader for our clients represent our brand with integrity, professionalism, warmth and confidence - be interested and be interesting Ideal Candidate strong communication, ability to "read the room" and unimpeachable character thrives in a high performance environment prefers client-facing work holds integrity above all - what happens when the "lights are out" matters reliable, organized and excellence minded passionate about wellness, beauty and personal growth interested in long-term advancement including possible ownership experience in wellness, beauty, hospitality, fitness or retail a plus but not required

Pay:
