Job Overview Join our vibrant team as a Salon Manager / Receptionist, where you will be the welcoming face of our salon and the driving force behind smooth daily operations. This dynamic role combines front desk responsibilities with management duties, ensuring exceptional customer service while overseeing appointment scheduling, client support, and administrative tasks. Responsibilities Greet clients warmly upon arrival, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive first impression Manage multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries, schedule appointments, and direct calls efficiently Maintain accurate appointment calendars using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools, ensuring optimal scheduling flow Handle all front desk duties including check-in/check-out procedures, payment processing, and client record management Support office management tasks such as filing, data entry, proofreading, and maintaining organized client files Provide exceptional customer support by addressing client needs promptly and professionally while maintaining proper phone etiquette Requirements Proven experience in front desk operations, office management, or administrative support within a salon or similar environment Fluent in English and Spanish. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a busy setting Bilingual abilities are highly preferred to serve diverse clientele effectively Demonstrated experience with multi-line phone systems and professional phone etiquette Knowledge of clerical tasks such as filing, proofreading, and calendar management to ensure smooth daily operations Previous experience in customer service roles with a focus on client satisfaction and support Ability to manage time effectively while handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously Personal assistant or office assistant experience is a plus for supporting team needs Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to creating an inviting atmosphere where clients feel valued and staff are empowered. $14.60 - $16.00 per hour
