Job Overview At J Gold Salon, we believe great hair starts with an exceptional guest experience. Our Guest Coordinators are the heart of that experience, creating a warm, welcoming environment from the moment a guest walks through our doors. We are seeking a polished, organized, and personable individual who thrives in a fast-paced luxury environment and is passionate about hospitality, beauty, and building genuine connections with people. This position offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in salon operations, guest relations, retail sales, marketing, and the beauty industry while working alongside a talented and supportive team. Responsibilities Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, creating a memorable first impression Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and guest communications through Boulevard Assist guests with service recommendations, retail purchases, and product education Provide exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, via text, and email Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system Support retail sales through product recommendations and merchandising initiatives Maintain a clean, organized, and elevated front desk and guest experience area Assist with inventory management, stocking, and retail displays Support salon events, promotions, and community partnerships Create and capture social media content, including behind-the-scenes moments, guest transformations, and salon culture Collaborate with stylists and salon leadership to ensure smooth daily operations Help maintain salon standards, policies, and procedures while delivering an exceptional guest experience Qualifications Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, or salon experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Comfortable using technology, scheduling software, and social media platforms Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Sales-minded with a passion for helping guests find the right products and services Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required Passion for beauty, fashion, and creating exceptional experiences What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Employee discounts on services and retail products Ongoing education and professional development opportunities A supportive, team-focused culture Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding salon The chance to be part of a luxury salon experience that values both its guests and team members If you love connecting with people, have a passion for hospitality, and want to be part of a growing salon team, we'd love to hear from you.
Pay:
$17.00 - $22.00 per hour
