Spa Operations Lead Come help us build something special. Serenity has been serving the CSRA for over 25 years, and under new ownership since 2024, we've been growing faster than ever. We've expanded our team, launched new services, refreshed our brand, and continue to invest in creating an exceptional experience for both our clients and our team. This isn't just a front desk position. It's an opportunity to become a key part of our team and learn what it takes to help run a thriving small business. You'll work directly with the owner, help shape our daily operations, and play a meaningful role in where Serenity goes next. Compensation & Growth Starting pay: $17.00/hour 90-day performance review: Opportunity to increase to $18.00/hour by consistently meeting clearly defined performance expectations.

Schedule Monday:
9:00 AM to 4:00 PM Tuesday through
Friday:
8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Saturday availability is required for occasional front desk coverage if our Spa Attendant is unavailable. This is not a regular Saturday schedule, but we do need someone who can step in when needed.
Saturday hours:
8:30 AM - 2:30 PM What You'll Be Doing Creating an unforgettable client experience. You'll be the first smile our clients see and one of the biggest reasons they keep coming back. Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism. Answer phones, texts, and emails. Schedule appointments and manage the daily calendar. Encourage rebooking and memberships. Help clients find the products and services that are right for them. Keep the front desk organized, welcoming, and running efficiently. Keeping the spa running like clockwork Great client experiences don't happen by accident. They happen because someone behind the scenes keeps everything moving. You'll help oversee the day-to-day operations of the spa by: Managing inventory and supplies. Supervising our Spa Attendant. Maintaining high operational standards throughout the spa. Identifying opportunities to improve systems and efficiency. Helping solve problems before they become problems. Monday is Operations Day While we're closed to regular appointments on Mondays (with occasional appointments for 1-2 service providers), this is one of the most important days of the week. Initially, you'll work directly alongside the owner to prepare Serenity for a successful week by: Reviewing the upcoming schedule. Working the waitlist. Filling appointment gaps. Preparing weekly client communications. Completing operational projects. Learning how the business runs behind the scenes. As you grow into the role, you'll gradually take ownership of many of these responsibilities yourself. Who We're Looking For We're probably a great fit if you... Love making people feel welcome. Spa experience is a bonus, but it isn't required. We'd rather hire someone with an incredible attitude and teach them the spa industry than hire someone with years of experience who isn't the right fit. You help our clients have an incredible experience without even realizing all the work happening behind the scenes.
