Job Description
Front Desk Spa Manager Massage Now & Facial Spa - Kennesaw, GA Full-Time or Part Time | Up to 4-Day Work Week | 40 Hours per
Week Pay:
$18 per hour, based on experience Massage Now & Facial Spa is looking for a friendly, organized and dependable Front Desk Manager to help run the daily operations of our massage and facial spa in Kennesaw. This is an excellent position for someone who enjoys working with customers, is comfortable in a fast-paced environment and can keep multiple things organized at the same time. Must have excellent English communication & customer service skills. Responsibilities- Greet and check in customers and provide an excellent customer experience
- Check customers out and process payments
- Schedule, modify and manage appointments using Vagaro
- Answer phones and assist customers with appointment and service questions
- Learn our massage and facial services and recommend the best options based on each customer's preferences and needs
- Explain services, pricing, promotions and available upgrades
- Help maximize the appointment schedule and fill available openings
- Perform basic administrative work using Microsoft Excel
- Maintain accurate customer and appointment information
- Communicate with massage therapists and estheticians throughout the day to keep appointments running smoothly
- Assist therapists and estheticians with preparing or turning over treatment rooms when the spa is especially busy
- Help maintain a clean, organized and professional front desk and customer area
- Resolve basic customer service issues and escalate more significant issues when necessary
- Help ensure the spa operates efficiently throughout the day Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is: Knowledge of spa services including massage therapy and facials Friendly, professional and confident speaking with customers Extremely dependable and punctual Organized and able to multitask Comfortable using computers and learning new software Familiar with Microsoft Excel Comfortable recommending and selling services to customers Able to work independently and make good decisions A strong communicator who works well with therapists and other team members Experience using Vagaro or another salon/spa appointment scheduling system is a plus, but we will train the right person.
