Full Job Description Regional Supervisor Job Description:
As a Regional Supervisor, you will be responsible for the overall quality and execution of contracted services in a targeted region. You will have a team of Service Technicians at your disposal, and you will be crucial to ensuring customer satisfaction in your region. Proactive leadership, creative thinking, and firm initiative will be demanded of you in order to ensure not only customer satisfaction and retention, but employee satisfaction and retention, as well. You will work closely with other Regional Supervisors to ensure the fluidity of the service department as a whole, as well as the overall profitability of your assigned region. A high standard of expectations is demanded of all of Sweetwater's management team, and the RS is of no exception. You must be highly accountable to yourself, including lead by example and being willing to do the job yourself before asking a subordinate. This role is multi-faceted, and will be both mentally and physically challenging. If being challenged in a dynamic work-place environment sounds enticing, then this may be the role for you!
Responsibilities:
Within assigned region, you will: Ø Oversee and be accountable for a team of service technicians responsible for carrying out contracted duties Ø Develop and schedule efficient service routes for customers in assigned region based on customer requests and technician availability Ø Field customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner Ø Answer or respond to after-hours emergency communications, including potential after-hours site visits Ø Oversee and assist with pool openings and closings Ø Complete minor to moderate repairs, as well as pool cleaning services and routes as needed Ø Develop positive and mutually beneficial business relationships with all current and new customers As a management-level employee, you will: Ø Develop a positive, team-focused work-place environment while cultivating individual accountability Ø Lead morning load-outs, ensuring all service staff is punctual and prepared for each day Ø Aid senior management with long-term planning to create and execute initiatives that further the company's overall goals Ø Oversee basic HR duties, including staff training, payroll monitoring, policy and legal compliance, and disciplinary action Ø Take part in training programs provided by our vendors and suppliers to gain more product knowledge and service training Ø Take initiative to learn, develop, and hone new and existing skills and knowledge base.
Minimum Qualifications:
5+ consecutive years of experience with personnel and customer management in any current or prior job position OR 3+ years of experience as a Swimming Pool Service professional and at least 24 months of experience with personnel management in any current or prior job position. AND Legal ability to work in the United States Criminal history must not include theft or violence related convictions Ability to pass a drug test A valid GA driver's license with a clear driving record
Preferred Qualifications:
Ø Bachelor's Degree or better in a Business Management based degree program Ø Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, typing skills, and web navigation Ø Proficiency in communications with consumers, both oral and written Ø 5+ years of experience in the swimming pool industry Ø CPO Certified Ø Experience with the hiring process
Salary and Benefits:
$45,000
  • $50,000 base salary + EOY Profit Share Ø Company vehicle with gas card Ø Company cell phone Ø Medical, Dental, plus vision Insurance Ø Paid time off
  • accrual based on tenure, minimum 12 days per year Ø After 1-year tenure, 401k with 3% full company match, plus 50% match up to 5%

Ø Monday
  • Friday normal work-week Ø Weekends off (Saturdays only as needed, determined by you) Ø Team focused with emphasis on self-accountability Ø ~40% off to ~60% field work Ø Periodic company sponsored events and outings Ø Longer hours during summer months Ø Shorter hours during off-season months
