What You'll Do As our Spa Coordinator , you'll be the first smile our guests see and an essential part of creating a relaxing, memorable spa experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

Warmly welcome and check in spa guests with exceptional customer service. Help guests prepare for their treatments in the locker room area. Maintain a clean, organized, and tranquil spa environment. Stock towels, water, cups, robes, and spa amenities to ensure guests have everything they need. Perform laundry duties to keep operations running smoothly. Support the spa team by ensuring every guest enjoys a five-star experience from arrival to departure. What We're Looking For Previous spa, hospitality, or customer service experience is preferred. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude. Weekend and holiday availability.
