You'll be the professional backbone of our 14+ year certified green spa, managing front-desk coordination, client relations, team support, and keeping everything running with excellence. You represent our brand, maintain our standards, and create an environment where clients and staff both thrive. This is a real leadership role that requires someone with integrity, strong communication, and the courage to have honest conversations—both with your team and directly with the owner. Professional Presence :
You're the day-to-day operational leader when the Director isn't physically present. You represent the brand, maintain standards, and ensure clients and staff experience consistent excellence
Coach & Train Therapists :
You understand spa protocols and treatments. You can read what's happening in a session, demonstrate techniques, and speak the language of the work. You mentor new therapists on protocols and help existing therapists refine their skills. You're credible because you understand what they do
Build Strong Teams :
Create an environment where people want to stay and do good work. You have a proven track record of building team stability and loyalty through professional leadership and genuine care
Coordinate & Streamline Operations :
Manage scheduling, client flow, staff coordination, and facility operations. Keep everything running smoothly. Handle vendor communication and day-to-day logistics Lead by

Understand Full Spa Operations :
Know how everything works—from MindBody booking systems to treatment protocols to client flow to the therapeutic work happening—so you can coordinate intelligently and solve problems with credibility Listen to
Yourself :
Check in on your own wellbeing and how you're managing the role. Be coachable. Bring concerns forward. You can't pour from an empty cup, and we want you healthy and thriving Who We're Looking For You're someone with: MindBody/Booker or Spa Software Experience (PREFERRED/ESSENTIAL): You know spa booking systems. If you have MindBody or Booker experience, you can step in immediately. If you have equivalent spa software experience, that works too. This is critical for day-one impact Spa or High-End Hospitality Background with
Protocol Knowledge :
You have real experience in the spa industry. You understand spa protocols, treatments, and the therapeutic work that happens. You can read a session, speak the language, and credibly mentor therapists on techniques and standards. This isn't just management experience—you understand the work itself
Proven Track Record of Building & Retaining Teams :
You've led teams before, and people choose to stay and work with you. You know how to create stability, loyalty, and good work environment. You can mentor and train therapists effectively. This isn't theoretical for you—you've done it
Integrity & Honesty :
Your word is your bond. You say what you mean. You don't play games or avoid hard conversations. You're direct, respectful, and truthful—always
Strong Communication Skills :

What We Offer Full-Time Position Base Salary :
$42,000
  • 55,000+ depending on spa experience and track record Entry-level spa experience (2-5 years): $42,000
  • 48,000 Substantial spa experience (5+ years): $48,000
  • 55,000+
