Salon Coordinator/Receptionist

Are you looking to be a part of one of the most professional and upscale salons in Hyde Park? We are looking to add a friendly, energetic Salon Coordinator to be the newest member of The EnvyMe Team! Flexible schedules are available as the salon is open 7 days a week. You do not have to have coordinating experienced but come willing to learn and absorb.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma. Must live within 15 to 20 miles of the salon (Hyde Park area ). Strong attention to detail, great communication and positive attitude are a MUST. Patience with yourself and others and low in anxiety. Passion for putting the clients and teams needs first. Must have at least 6 months of Customer Service and or Coordinating experience. Experience using booking systems such as Booker is a plus! Sales experience is a plus. Organization skills, punctuality, reliable transportation is a must.

Job Duties:

Checking clients in and out of the salon. Inventory. Some cleaning will be required for the upkeep of the space. Offering client refreshments and snacks. Recording staff in and out times. Selling products at check out. Booking clients services. Sending text to clients and or calling them. More will be discussed in interview.
