Assistant Clinic/Spa Manager

Assistant Manager (Sales & Operations Focus) We are looking for a sales-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-based environment. What You'll Do Lead, coach, and hold team members accountable to sales and service goals Drive membership sales, upgrades, and conversions Personally maintain a minimum 20% closing rate Support member retention through effective follow-up and "save" conversations Run daily huddles and provide real-time coaching and feedback Manage schedules and ensure strong operational flow Be a hands-on leader on the floor during shifts What We're Looking For Leadership or supervisory experience preferred Strong sales mindset (this role is heavily sales-focused) Confident coaching and communication skills Ability to multitask and lead in a fast-paced environment High accountability and professionalism Success in This Role Hitting and exceeding sales goals Reducing membership cancellations (attrition) Driving team performance and productivity Creating a positive, results-driven culture Why Join Us?
