We are seeking a Guest Experience & Operations Lead who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, supporting a high-performing team, and creating an outstanding experience for every guest who walks through our doors. This role is ideal for someone who is naturally organized, thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and enjoys leading others. The Guest Experience & Operations Lead will serve as the face of Tacari Salon, helping oversee front desk operations while supporting the overall success of the business. What You'll Do Lead and support daily front desk operations. Provide exceptional customer service to guests and team members. Create a warm, welcoming, and professional experience for every guest. Schedule appointments by phone, online, and in person. Manage guest check-in and check-out processes. Assist with front desk team training, coaching, and accountability. Maintain front desk schedules and ensure adequate coverage. Monitor salon flow and proactively address guest concerns or operational issues. Support inventory management, retail merchandising, and salon organization. Ensure cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards are consistently maintained. Collaborate with salon leadership to improve processes and guest satisfaction. Provide support to the team wherever needed to maintain a positive, professional environment. Perform additional duties as assigned by management. Qualifications Proven customer service experience. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support a team. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Positive, professional, and solution-oriented attitude. Reliable with a strong work ethic and sense of ownership. Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Previous salon, spa, retail, hospitality, or front desk leadership experience preferred. Availability Consistent weekday daytime availability required (approximately 9:00 AM•4:00 PM).
