Lead front desk activities such as greeting clients, checking in appointments, handling payments, and managing client records efficiently. Oversee store management tasks including inventory control, retail merchandising, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. Cultivate a positive team environment through effective communication skills, mentoring new stylists, and encouraging collaboration to boost morale and productivity.
