É's goals through staff recruiting, training, and service and product sales. A Salon Manager helps create an environment that promotes customer service, client retention and employee development.

Responsibilities:

• Focus on the customer experience
• Assist in the interview process
• Train new and existing team members in service protocols, product knowledge and in-store processes
• Responsible for performing services on clients and leading by example
• Coach team members and assist in professional development
• Conduct monthly and annual reviews
• Assist in store's inventory
• Help with marketing efforts (including but not limited to social media videos)
• Meet financial metrics set by Leadership Team
• Participate in all trainings and staff meetings
• Report directly to the

Area Manager Qualifications:

• Advanced Practice Esthetics License is required
• Experience in management and/or training
• 1+ years in customer service
