Schedule:
Evening Shift (Total:
35 hours/week) Paid weekly! Health stipend (management only) 60% off services PTO after 1 year of employment based off performance and attendance Responsibilities Greet clients and assist with the check-in and checkout process Provide friendly, professional customer service and communication to clients and staff Book, organize, and coordinate appointments Help maintain a clean, stocked , organized, and relaxing spa environment Support massage therapists by setting up add-on supplies and cleaning add-on tools Confirm appointments and assist with client follow-up Help rebook and promote rebooking offers to clients Light admin notes + documentation + review Follow studio policies and procedures to maintain a smooth daily operations Laundry Available to cover shifts as neededPay:
