You will be managing daily operations, coaching stylists and barbers, and delivering top-tier guest experiences. You'll be the heartbeat of a team dedicated to building a massive, loyal clientele—ideally with prior Sport Clips know-how experience, but more importantly with drive and leadership. Compensation You can expect to earn between $28-$36 ($56,000 @40 hrs/wk) per hour (base pay, tips, and incentives included), with upside potential as the salon grows. Benefits

• Valid Missouri cosmetology or barber license
• Proven salon leadership experience—Sport Clips management background preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
