Medical Spa Manager & Sales Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the spa, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
• Manage inventory control, including ordering and restocking of supplies
• Utilize POS (Point of Sale) system to process transactions and manage customer accounts
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns
• Act as a sales manager, promoting spa services and products to increase revenue
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for business growth
• Utilize math skills to analyze financial reports and make data-driven decisions
• Implement effective time management strategies to optimize staff schedules and maximize productivity
• Communicate effectively with team members, providing clear instructions and feedback
• Lead and manage a team of spa professionals, fostering a positive work environment

Qualifications:

• Have management and/or sales experience, preferably in a personal service environment such as a spa, salon, or gym. Are sales and numbers driven natural leaders who can build relationships while motivating, coaching and supporting a team
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Proficient in inventory control and POS systems
• Sales management experience is a plus
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data
• Effective time management skills to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
