JOB DESCRIPTION

Hardy Nation is looking for Salon Coordinators, cosmetology students, and licensed hair stylists who are ready to start or grow their career in the hair industry. Currently in cosmetology school? Get your foot in the door while you work toward your license. Gain hands-on salon experience, work alongside licensed stylists, learn the NC Sport Cuts system, and build relationships with the team you could continue your career with after graduation. Already have your cosmetology license? Apply anyway! You may qualify for one of our Stylist or leadership opportunities instead. We're also open to hiring at surrounding Hardy Nation locations. We have multiple NC Sport Cuts salons throughout the area and regularly hire team members from Wilson, Wake Forest, Raleigh, Apex, and Knightdale.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Greet Clients and help create a welcoming salon experience Answer phone calls and assist with Client questions Support the salon team and day-to-day operations Maintain a clean and organized front desk and salon Process Client transactions Assist with retail products and displays Help with laundry, sanitation, stocking, and station preparation Assist with local marketing and promotions when needed Participate in NC Sport Cuts training

QUALIFICATIONS

Currently enrolled in cosmetology school is a plus, but not required Already licensed?
