We are seeking a polished, emotionally intelligent, hospitality-driven leader to help shape the next chapter of the VLUXE experience. This is not a traditional spa management role. This is an opportunity to help lead a unique wellness concept focused on luxury hospitality, elevated guest care, team culture, retention, and meaningful human connection. We are looking for someone who understands that exceptional guest experience is not simply about operations — it is about how people feel when they walk through the door, throughout their experience, and long after they leave.
