SPA DIRECTOR

; Responsible for modeling behavior for the entire skincare team. This management role is responsible for mentoring, evaluating, training and leading the skincare staff; may also be responsible for the clinics staffing needs. This position reports to the Clinic Manager.

Job Duties:

Perform our Skincare services which include: Facials, Facial Waxing, Microderm Infusion, Chemical Peels, Red Light, Dermaplaning, & More! Models exceptional customer service skills and adheres to all established clinic policies for the entire clinic staff to emulate. Sets the tone for the skincare staff and is responsible for maintaining a positive work environment. Conducts Esthetician performance evaluations. Mentors skincare staff in respectful and honest manner effectively communicating and helping to create success for every esthetician. Implements a training program for new Estheticians. Meet retail goals set per client. Potential to win Esthetician of the Year and be recognized at our

National Massage Envy Summit Job Requirements:

Must be available 35 hours per week 5 days per week Must have a current Master Esthetician License Must adhere to all standards and policies specified in the clinic's employee handbook.
