Base Pay:

• 25 per hour based on experience Equivalent to $47,000
• 52,000 annually 3-6% Individual Commission on

Membership Sales Bonus Potential:

Up to $18,000 annually in monthly performance bonuses Earn $500, $1,000, or $1,500 per month depending on results

Total Annual Compensation:

• 60,000 annually for candidates with 1-3 years of management experience $63,000
• 70,000 annually for experienced leaders (3-5+ years) who consistently hit performance goals We set realistic, attainable goals that our team members hit consistently.
