Are you passionate about wellness, skincare, and creating exceptional customer experiences? Tanlines Wellness Sun & Spa in Oregon, OH, is searching for a dynamic and driven Spa Manager to join our growing team. Located at 3015 Navarre Avenue, our spa is a hub for wellness and tanning enthusiasts, and we're looking for a leader to help us continue to thrive. If you're a motivated, personable professional with a strong sales background and leadership skills, this is your opportunity to shine! What You'll Do As our Spa Manager, you'll be at the heart of our operations, setting the tone for excellence in customer service and team performance.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Training, coaching, and developing our sales consultants to achieve their best.
- Holding the team accountable for performance and providing coaching or counseling as needed.
- Developing and implementing strategic sales plans tailored to business needs.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with our clientele.
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends by attending virtual and in-person continued education courses.
- Ensuring the spa operates smoothly during posted business hours.
- Committing to a minimum of 35 hours per week, including nights and weekends. What We're Looking For To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in a sales position.
- Proven ability to manage and lead a team to success.
- Strong customer service skills that leave a lasting impression.
- Excellent time-management skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and organize effectively.
