SPA MANAGER, MASSAGE HEIGHTS CROCKER PARK

Massage Heights Body + Face is a well established, upscale Retreat located in beautiful, energetic, Crocker Park. We are elevating the lives of Cleveland's Westside population by delivering convenient, affordable, therapeutic massage and facials with amazing, health and wellness inspired products and services. We are currently seeking a strong and passionate, professional leader with a minimum of 5 years of sales and team management experience to move into our Retreat Director position as our current director is moving out of state. If you have excellent communication and guest service skills, are self-motivated, results driven, organized and goal oriented, are honest and have solid work ethic, please submit your resume! Sales experience required. Must have team management and sales training experience. Love of managing and developing a team and a passion for encouraging others success. Desire to be a top performing spa necessary. Massage Industry experience a huge plus.

Full-time Salary:

$47,000.00 to $55,000.00 /year plus bonus potential Travel/training opportunities; annual convention trip of reward and fun in the sun!
