Job Description
- Ensure every guest receives a warm, welcoming, five-star experience.
- Work together with the manager to coach, mentor, and develop team members to achieve their full potential.
- Monitor business performance and help drive growth through exceptional service and operational excellence.
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, professionalism, and guest satisfaction.
- Assist with hiring, training, inventory management, and administrative responsibilities.
- Assist in overseeing daily spa operations, scheduling, and workflow.
- Help lead and inspire a team of spa professionals in a positive, supportive environment. Qualifications
- Previous experience in a spa, salon, hospitality, wellness, or customer service environment a plus.
- Outstanding leadership and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- A passion for wellness and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Ability to motivate a team while maintaining a positive, professional culture.
