Full Job Description We're Hiring:

Front Desk / Salon Coordinator If you love beauty, good energy, and being in the middle of it all… this might be your spot. We're looking for someone who's organized, confident, and naturally great with people to help run the front of our salon and keep everything flowing. You're the vibe-setter. The first impression. The one who keeps the day on track.

The Role:

Part-time with flexible weekday hours (8:30 AM - 6:30 PM) occasional Saturdays (8:30 AM - 4:45 PM)

What You'll Do:

Greet clients and create a warm, elevated experience from the moment they walk in Manage bookings, confirmations, and daily flow Answer calls, texts, and emails with professionalism (and personality) Support the team and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes Keep the space clean, styled, and always client-ready Recommend products and enhance the overall experience Help track inventory and stay on top of salon needs Handle situations calmly, confidently, and with care You're a

Are organized but not rigid Can multitask without getting overwhelmed Have strong communication skills and a natural ease with people Take pride in how you show up and represent a brand Are comfortable with tech (Google Drive, Docs, etc.) Have 1+ year in customer service or a salon environment
