Total Compensation:

What You'll Do:
Lead the
Huddle:
Recruit, hire, and train a championship-caliber team of stylists
Drive Performance:
Use our simple "Success Track" systems to hit sales goals and client retention targets

Ensure every client receives our signature 5-point service

Represent the new shop at local Murfreesboro events
Qualifications:
Current Tennessee Cosmetology or Barber License (Required). Minimum 1-2 years of salon management or leadership experience. Strong communication skills and a positive, "can-do" attitude.
