Murfreesboro Base Salary:
$50,000- 75,000 per year + Performance Incentives Lead People.

Create a positive, high-performance culture built on accountability, collaboration, and support. Drive membership and retail sales while delivering an outstanding guest experience. Analyze business metrics and develop action plans to achieve clinic goals. Ensure operational excellence and consistent execution of company standards. Partner with clinic leadership to improve employee engagement and retention. Resolve guest concerns professionally while protecting the Massage Envy brand. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of leadership or management experience. Sales management or retail/service industry leadership experience preferred. Proven ability to coach, motivate, and develop employees. Experience recruiting, interviewing, and building successful teams. Strong communication, organizational, and conflict-resolution skills. Comfortable using business metrics and KPIs to drive performance. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business software. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
